Getting price quotes and ordering is simple.
I will need ALL of the following information completely filled out for the order:
Your First and Last Name, Complete Address (for accurate shipping cost).
For Shoes:
the shoe / boot style (ex. Vanity-317), Your Size, and Color/Type (ex. White / Leather) : (ex. Black / PU) : (ex. Black / Pat.) ect.
For Lingerie:
the name of the style (Allure or Shirley), Color, Your Measurements and Size desired.
Exchanges & Returns for Lingerie:
Returns are only accepted for manufacture defect or size exchange for the same item within 10 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping to Immortal Fashions for the defect or size exchange. Once the exchange is made Immortal Fashions will cover the shipping costs back to the customer.
By law: Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
We ship within the USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico and we can also ship Internationally. Prices may vary depending on shipping costs and location. We will work hard to get you the best quote. Please be advised, shipping internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii can be a bit on the expensive side.
